Ordering and Return Policies

All orders placed by 2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday thru Friday, are shipped the same day. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday.

You are purchasing from Ritual Men's Grooming. Yahoo! and Paypal are processing payment for Ritual Men's Grooming. Every order will be processed and listed on your credit card statement as Ritual Men's Grooming. Please make note of this when making your purchase.

Customer email inquiries to theguys@yourritual.com are responded to in 24 hours or less on weekdays and 48 hours or less on weekends. Telephone based support is available toll free at 888-RITUAL8 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday thru Friday. Voicemail left after hours will be responded to within 24 hours or less on weekdays and 48 hours or less on weekends.

Shipping options include UPS next day air, UPS 2nd day air, UPS 3 day select, UPS ground, UPS Standard for Canada, UPS Worldwide Expedited, and USPS Priority Mail. Orders shipped USPS cost a flat fee of $6.50 for shipping and handling. UPS orders are integrated and calculated per individual order at checkout. All purchases over $55.00 receive FREE shipping and handling via United States Postal Service 2-3 day Priority Mail. USPS Priority and UPS Ground orders can be expected within 2-5 business days. We will notify you via email within 1 business day if a product is out of stock.

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the shipping date.

If returning an item(s), you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund. Also, to ensure that your returns are received by Ritual Men's Grooming, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service. Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Ritual Men's Grooming or damaged. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.

All returns are processed the Friday the week the package was delivered. Refunds appear on your credit card statement 5-7 days from the date the return is processed.

Privacy Policy

The types of personal information collected are: name, billing address, email address, phone number, credit/debit card information and shipping address. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. The above information is kept on a secure file server for ease in re-ordering and for verification reasons.

We will never use your e-mail address for anything other than promoting specials or to contact you regarding a current order. Your phone number is also used to contact you regarding a current order. Both of which you can opt-out at any time by calling us at 888-RITUAL8 or emailing us at theguys@yourritual.com. Our sites collect cookies to remember your billing information when ordering online. You may enter your account information with your email and password to opt to not have this information saved at any time.
